1) For orders other than the discount / free shipping code, the shipping fee is paid by the Buyer. In return transactions, the product is damaged, defective, etc. if not, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
Payments for your orders are made with the assurance of Sopsy infrastructure. It will be delivered to you by PTT Cargo company. You can track the cargo with the cargo number that reaches you after the product has been shipped. Size, color, etc. For products exchanged for voluntary reasons and for returns, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
Orders placed on Monday - Friday will be shipped within 24 hours at the latest, after 12.30 on Fridays, or on the following Monday if orders placed on weekends. 2) Points to Consider While Receiving Your Order
The orders you have placed on the site will generally be delivered to you by the PTT KARGO company we have contracted with. In this case, from the moment the product is shipped from our warehouse, the process is under the control of the cargo company. However, the points that our customers should pay attention to against tears, punctures and similar situations that may arise from transportation / transportation during this process are listed below.

a. Check whether the number of packages received at the time of product delivery and the number of packages indicated on the shipping invoice of the logistics company are equal to each other. If the number of packages are not equal to each other, do not take delivery of the product by warning the employees of the delivering company and send us information about the issue.
b. When the products reach you, check whether there is any crush or impact on the packages you will receive. If you encounter a crush or impact in this way, take the product from the logistics officer with a report and send us information about the issue.
